berapa kalori yg dimakan bukan diukur dr target yg kita mau sis.. tapi dr BMR dan TDEE... search d google tdeecalculator. net, diisi sesuai TB n BB kamu.. nnti akan keluar hasil BMR dan TDEE kamu.. makanlah diatas BMR dan dibawah TDEE..
