Seamed to have stabilized which is good. As much as I like to see 10 lbs fall off last week, I knew it wasn't real, but just my body adjusting to 100% juicing. I'm still juicing all day & eating a meal at night. Fresh black bean burritos tonite, made will collard green leaf instead of tortillas. Love it!! 2 large burritos is less than 500 calories. Includes chopped red bell pepper & my favorite habanero salsa. Beans are homemade in the crockpot.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
