體重又輕了些,原因是半夜拉肚子!很棒,希望不是虛的.... 之前總不忌口,只想些旁門左道減肥,綠茶咖啡喝了2盒也沒啥效用,第3盒就束之高閣,沒想到昨天天涼,想說喝杯熱咖啡,卻半夜拉肚子!! 除了綠茶咖啡,還買過辣椒咖啡,酵素之類的,還有低週波,一堆亂七八糟的東西,結果把嘴閉緊才是最有用的減肥方式,其實所有的人都知道,可惜很難做好做滿! 開始168,186之後,深夜不吃餅乾麵包和零食,自然就減少熱量攝取。 能堅持下去就能重回故土啊!加油!
