Ok, so I changed up my juice fast. I'm going to juice all through the day but will eat at night after my workout. I've just been craving roasted vegetables of all kinds. I had a huge bowl last night of brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, squash, & red peppers. Probably close to 4 cups cooked. Might add some quinoa to the mix tonite. Come this weekend I'll be grilling chicken and fish.
