So I have the flu. I couldn't get out of bed yesterday until late afternoon. I didn't manage to eat much, so I've lost a lb, yay for the flu LOL!
I really wanted to do some exercise this week, but its kind of ruined that. I only managed to potter about the house cleaning for about 30 mins. That took it out of me so I went back to bed. I was determined not to let it ruin my plans, so I managed to do a few sit ups, lunges and tricep dips. I'm not sure I should have pushed myself though, because this morning I'm aching all over again, ouch!
