So I have the flu. I couldn't get out of bed yesterday until late afternoon. I didn't manage to eat much, so I've lost a lb, yay for the flu LOL!

I really wanted to do some exercise this week, but its kind of ruined that. I only managed to potter about the house cleaning for about 30 mins. That took it out of me so I went back to bed. I was determined not to let it ruin my plans, so I managed to do a few sit ups, lunges and tricep dips. I'm not sure I should have pushed myself though, because this morning I'm aching all over again, ouch!
70.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

hey!? you still have the flu? where are you? let's hear it! what did that flu do to you, take away your ability to write a journal??? should I call an ambulance, send you some soup...hmmmm??

LOL. Some soup would be nice :) I'm getting better but it now turning into a cold and I've almost lost my voice, which I think my hubby is pleased about! I'm so bord. I just want to hurry up and get better so I can start working out. I was thinking about going on my cross trainer today but I think I could make myself worse. I hope I feel better for weekend.
