Breafast: Steak, egg, and cheese bagel minus the bagel, mcgriddle minus the bread. Coffee with low carb cream and splenda to drink

Snack 1: Atkins shake

Lunch: Salad with roast beef, cucumbers radishes, dressing, cheese. Cherry coke zero to drink.
