Ate alotta of peanuts blueberries and feta yesterday .
Certainly went over 20 gram carbs and protein 😔.
Its 10:33am , seriously hungry .. but trying to fast 😣🤔
62.1 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
