Made some adjustments this week and I'm happy with the outcome. Lost 3 lb this week. My starting weight when I joined this app was 172 lb rather than 169 lbs which I could not change once recorded. My current stats:
Weight 168.4 lb, Body FAT 38.2%, Subcutaneous Fat 34.2%, Visceral Fat 11,BMI 28.4
My PLAN for week commencing Monday, 11 Oct 2021:
1 - increase PROTEIN intake to aid muscle growth and improve my metabolism
2 - change up my physical activity; increase strength training with HIIT combination.
3 - swap out my favourite sweet pink Rose wine for low calorie wine. Discovered a great online company that specialises in just low calorie wine.
4 - endeavour to get at least 8 hours sleep rather than the current average 4.5 hours I'm managing at the moment.
5 - adhere strictly to the DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY 2021 #42 challenge which commences this Monday, my first challenge on here...... YAY!
