fat 23.0%, water 60.7%, muscle 33.2%, bones 8lbs
waist: 37in, hip: 41in, ratio: 0.9

my nutritionist asked me to drink less water to avoid depleting my electrolytes; i currently drink 7 litters, close to 2 gallons a day. i found it uncomfortable yesterday, feeling my throat dry. i did 5 litters yesterday.

she also suggested replacing almond milk snack by a chia pudding or nuts. i then added chia/hemp/flax/walnut cinnamon PB powder vanilla extract blueberries to almond/cashew yogurt i had bought. in the future, i will use oat milk instead



104.1 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week

I drink probably close to that a day as well. the last 1/4-1/2 gallon I put a scoop of bcaa/eaa/carb powder in it and drink during workout.
