Swam another two miles yesterday evening. It took 1 hr 2 minutes. 100% juicing is in its 4th day. I'll see tomorrow if I want to stretch it 10 days in lieu of 5. I've been pretty focused on this. Excercise tonight will be surfing for a couple hours. Papaya, Coconut, Pineapple smoothie for dinner tonite.
90.9 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
