memang deh, kuncinya defisit kalori sama kontrol makro nutrisi, makan protein yg banyak, karbo dikurangi, lemak mengikuti..kalau sudah jadi kebiasaan, mau lepas kontrol sebentar pun bakal gampang back on track lagi. Semangat!
