Today will be day 3 of 100% juicing. I also had a tblspn of coconut oil before bed. 7 1/2 lbs drop. Usually the 2nd day is the toughest but it went well. I weigh myself first thing in the A.M. after going to the bathroom. I've continued my daily workouts. Last night was weights for 20 minute, stationary bike @ 21 MPH for 30 minutes @ 80% HR. Then a 2.25 mile walk @ 3.5 MPH, @ 37 minutes. Made myself do all the towels in the laundry & fold them. Then a good 8 hrs sleep. I will continue my juicing through Friday, but have also been thinking of doing it for 10 days in lieu of 5. We'll see. I'm on a good roll!
91.4 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
