I’m getting quite frustrated, I’ve been under my calorie goal for 3 weeks now & not lost any more weight 🤬🤬🤬

that is frustrating for you. Could you try intermittent fasting? Or double-check that you are recording your calories properly? Maybe readjust your calories goal, upwards or downwards?

keep going don't get down. This often happens as your body adjusts. Then all of a sudden the weight starts to reduce again. This is the exact problem people have and they give up. please please keep going you're doing so well 😘

Thanks guys for all the help 😁 My calorie goal is 1400 & my worst weekly average is 1374 a day. I’ll persevere, I want to lose weight for my Daughter’s wedding (23 August!!!) but also for my own health.
