I have hit a plateau with only 1.2kg left till my goal weight. I have increased frequency of workouts and adds more sets on resistance training. What else should I do

Just don’t stress. Stress can cause weight gain. You’re almost at goal weight and it’s just a number. Don’t even worry about it. You will get there eventually. And well done❣️
