what time to what time is your intermittent fasting please

I use the fasting tracker app, I do 20-4, that is 20 hours of fasting including nighttime and 4 hours of eating.
I usually eat between 12pm - 3pm everyday and fast for the rest of the day. You can start gradually and then take it up as you go.
