.5 pound is nothing. I doesn't mean you are not loosing fat. There are other things that affect weight. Even the status of hydratation hf the body can affect the weight, so don't read much into it. keep your focus in the long run... Loosing weight isn't the 100 meters. It's more like a marathon...

Are you exercising? Did you weigh yourself the same way as last time? It may be just a slight weight fluctuation.

Christy, you're right, I haven't been exercising. I am so overworked during the week, and exhausted on the weekend. Drinking broth helps the tiredness, I have been feeling like part of this is the "atkins flu". I'll get out and go for a walk today. Thanks Christy and jurrabi

Don't Panic!!! Water weight can play havoc with the scale & stress really messes us up! Give it a couple days & try again if you can't wait until the next weigh in. Good luck - don't give up! Relax, try & de-stress as best as you can.
