Welp....this has not been a good two weeks for me. Two weeks ago was my birthDAY but I made it my birthWEEK in every since of the word. Last week my monthly friend came over (i know ..TMI) and I couldnt get them to leave to save my life. I am still bloated but hopefully the scale Gods will tell me something that I like to hear for next week. For some reason or another I am happy that I managed to still be in the minus despite the slips and trips. I have realized that this is not a sprint but a marathon. I am going to have days that may not be soo good but I have to understand that those days have to be few. Other than that I feel good. i can feel a lil looseness in my jeans. Nothing feels sexier than to keep pulling your jeans up...sigh. I can t wait for the day when I toss them sucks for the next smaller size and so on. I just have to keep at it. It is this quote from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.. that describes my jouney. It goes, "If you cant fly then run, if you can't run, then walk,if you cant walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, YOU HAVE TO KEEP MOVING FORWARD. Now let's move on people!
