This has been a very difficult 2 weeks. The scale is going up and down, up and down. I need to review what I'm eating and add more fruits and vegetables. My husband and I started walking last week too. So, I hope to see a drop this week.
95.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Substituting in more of the starchy veggies (carrots, turnips, corn, & peas, for example) for your bread, rice, potatoes and pasta will help you stay feeling full and are not as calorie-dense. It helped me.
