I think I am getting back into the swing of things and with it being summer, the kids don't have to be in bed so early, is making it easier. We went swimming for an hour and half tonight. We will go to the gym tomorrow morning after our church meeting and go swimming after the gym. I am trying to get at least these three pounds off before we leave. In a week, I think I can do it, most of it should be water weight with TOM fast approaching. EEKS I am back up into the red, I have a lot of work to do to get my color to change again. I will most definitely need some encouragement.
