1/2 lb is better than nothing. I am pleased. Also started exercising once
a wk as well, also helps w/discipline.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
