I have had a good 3 weeks off the diet now as fell of the wagon and couldn't seem to get back on but now im ready. Ive been bouncing between 149 and 155lbs in these 3 weeks and I have definitely discovered that wheat is a big no no for me, oats and other grains aren't great either but wheat is the main one. So to kick start my diet and detox my body I am going back to basics and back on Cambridge diet for a couple of days, I need to clear my body of all the nasties. My other half said he will sort my car this week too so hopefully I can get back to the gym. I really don't know how people with kids fit in exercise (except walking obviously), it would be great if I had the time to do an intensive at home workout every day but no chance of that with my little boy.

So fingers crossed I can get my backside back in gear, when I was eating healthy and exercising I did feel so much better for it si I need to get back to that and hopefully shift some more weight in the process.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
