i guess im losing about a pound a week. seems too slow for what im eating and exercising every morning 7 days a week! im a little disapointed but i guess its better than gaining. : (
103.4 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If your exercising a lot, you should be losing fat too. You may not see the scale move as fast, but you will go down faster in sizes than someone who doesn't exercise. By the time you get to goal weight, your size will be smaller than if you hadn't exercised. So just keep going. It all evens out at goal.
