While this extreme exercise program is challenging, to say the least, I know that I will be better off for having completed it. I struggled yesterday to even get to the workout...my muscles were crying for a rest but I did not give in. I pushed through that thought and manage to complete most of the required session. I still need to find a quick 16 minutes for the second workout for the day but I will find it somehow. It is so nice to finally find a program that has so much vairation and range that I look forward to each workout..yea for me!!
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
