Alrighty! I am ready to start another round of Phase2. I spent yesterday and today doing small load days - mainly P3 foods. I am set for another 2-3 weeks of P2. Excited! I am hoping to lose another 10-12 pounds. I also plan on being more strict this go round and make sure all of my portions are correct. 135 here I come!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
