yesterday I went to an open house and they had hord which included a chicken salad sandwich, some type of chickEn filled crust, a flaky crust filled with vegetables and two oatmeal cookies that was my dinner and a pear on the way home
94.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
