So my recent depressive episode set me off by 5kg in total. A part of me wants to wallow in self pity but I refuse. Now that I'm back to my old self I'm determined to get back on track...this is a journey after all
88 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

In my life, gaining weight and depression are synonymous. I can't lose until I'm more balanced both physically and mentally. I'm convinced that depression is physiological. High protein, low carbs has helped me. I haven't been truly depressed since I eliminated gluten and really all grains and sugar.
