Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement last week! I was really feeling down about my lack of weight loss...well, it looks like it caught up with me this week!! I've stopped eating beef and pork. I mostly stick with chicken, turkey, or a vegan meat substitute (which is surprisingly delicious). Hopefully, the success will continue. 🙂
