I just got your buddy request. Thanks for reaching out. Hang in there with your diet. Your doing so good only a little over 11 pounds to go. That shouldn't take long. Before you know it the time will fly by and you will have reached your goal. I am trying to get down to 115. I have been yo yoing for a long time. I had to go back to jogging more but over all I am actually eating more than I once did. We can do it!
