Feeling bloated this morning so I am not paying much attention to the weight... going to go to the gym workout and then come home and weigh myself again... curious if there will be a change (maybe I'm weighing myself to early since I'm pretty much waking up and jumping on the scale???)
Happy with my measurements, they are down 1.5 inches from last week and given that I was at a cottage for 4 days last weekend I really didn't have high expectations.
