I have been jogging for at least 25-30 minutes every night except for Saturdays. I was a little off plan and didn't get in all of my foods on Saturday.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Great commitment. I like doing work out videos. I hate jogging. I always feel like something is going to fall off!
