*Weight fluctuates dramatically over the course of a day. Are you weighing in at the same hour? On an empty stomach and wearing the same clothes? It all factors in.
*Muscle weighs a lot more than fat! You might be exchanging fat for more muscle; a healthy and positive thing but hard to track.
*FS daily calorie allotments might be too high for you. They are for me! Try this instead maybe; target weight (in pounds) X 8 = daily calories.
Most importantly: Keep going! You are doing everything right, the numbers on the scale are sure to follow. Take courage! 💕

Also, I forgot to mention: watch your sodium! It makes us retain water … and water is *heavy!*

Thank you for the support!. I am weighing myself the same time of the day, I did also start my period today after writing in my journal so that may have impacted the results (fingers crossed).. I am going to stick with it, and see what the next few weeks bring

Your weight history indicates you have gained a whopping 1.6 pounds since December 2009. That's over a 12 year span and nothing to sneeze at. I realize your intention is to lose and not gain, but the gain is so minimal. Be proud! :)
In response to your question, "What the hell do I have to do?" my first suggestion would be to ease up on the stress. That nasty stress hormone, cortisol, is sure to sabotage your efforts if you allow it.
My second suggestion is to continue journaling. I've been journaling here since joining FS and it's been very helpful. I don't know if anyone reads my entries (I have yet to receive any supports or feedback), but it's definitely a good practice for me. Going back and reading them over again is helping me stay focused and on track. I'm guessing your own journal entries will do the same for you.
I think you're making great strides!
