Yesterday did not fast .
Breakfast:Had wrap with peanut butter and tea
Supper: Salad, soya burger and Halloumi
Snacks: Alotta candrel chocolate 🍫 eish
60.5 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
