Result for my body:
Makan bakmi, gorengan,siomay abang, pizza dan segala tepung2...bsknya timbangan pasti naik 0, 5-1kg.walaupun di atas bmr 1300an.tapi,lusanya turun lagi kok😋(asalkan pertepungan dikurangi) untuk manis2 aku klo makan bisa di rem. Tapi klo asin2,pertepungan.. Wah rem nya sering blong 🤭😋
53.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
