Down 3 pounds!!! Yay!! I know it's probably mostly water weight, but still feels good. I think I'm going to stop weighing myself daily because I know if I see a plateau (or, heaven forbid, my weight creeping back up!) I'll lose motivation.

Feeling good!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on your weight loss!! Weighing less often is a good idea. Weighing every other week works best for me because I like to see substantial loss on the scale and not get hung up on minor fluctuations. Good job!
