Result for my body:
*pagi dengan sarapan kopi, kuat sampai jam 11.
*wajib makan karbo seperti nasi (60-120gr permkn) cocok makan kentang panggang (kenyang lama bgt) dopping shirataki pas kalori sisa dikit dan kelaparan.
*wajib stok psyllium husk, chia seed utk yg jarang mkn sayur dan buah.
*makan protein 20-25 persen (timbangan cepat turun, tapi ga bikin asam urat)
*wajib stok susu protein
*makan di 1300kalori
Makan di 1300an - 1500 pas Workout
*makan karbo jgn over. Walaupun 1300kalori,tetap bisa buncit 😋
*sehat, badan ringan, perut kempes,dan lebih pede ❤️thankyou FS😘

Kalau kalian bgmn,result/hasil di badan? Tiap org beda2 ya? 😘

@gea: betul🥰 aku sih di 20-30persen perhari. Stok susu protein (natlab murah, campur bengbeng drink sepertiga)

For my body: Makan roti, oat masih cepat lapar😝(mending mkn frenchfries panggang) makan snack asin2, bikin bahagia. Gak makan garam, gue jadi bego 😅 *klo gula, kue2 dikit ajalah!
