Considering J and I broke up yesterday and then I ate a done of icecream and cried most of the evening it's not too bad. Today is the first day of the rest of my life and a healthy start with yogurt for breakfast and a 2lb loss (and trying to forget the 190lb one yesterday).
56.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
