Well I followed my exercise and diet to the T....,BUT NO WEIGHT LOSS THIS WEEK. I can honestly say that I am ok with it,even though I haven't loss the important thing that I have to remember is That I DIDN'T GAIN!!!!!!!! Let's try again next week
