62.7kg first thing in the morning, without food...
63+ after eating...
Making small progress...
60 in view... Then on to 55kg and I switch to maintenance...
63.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
