Man, it's been a long time since I've weighed in! And that gain is a big reason why! It seems I have come to a standstill in this weight loss journey. I don't know what I will have to do to get the lbs moving in the opposite direction again. I haven't been as dilligent as I should be in watching what I eat. My appetite has returned with a vengeance. The evenings and weekends are the worst for me. Especially the evenings. I don't know what it is about getting home after working working out. It seems I want to snack all night long. I am so good during the day when I'm at work... but when I get home, forget about it! It's ridiculous. I have not lost hope though. I know that some way, some how I will get this thing back in gear. I know this! I still work out regularly and I don't think that will ever change.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
