Reached 75, big milestone for me, 5-7 kg left :)
The past week I've gone to the gym 3 times, I'm going to try and make it 3-4 times a week going forward. I do a lot of cardio, I sometimes will walk to the gym which is about an hour and I also do the treadmill for atleast 30 minutes when at the gym.
I've also been trying to improve myself mentally/emotionally, I hope to be in a relationship in the future and so I'd like to present the best version of myself. I've tried to be more social, being more proactive in asking my friends to make plans to go out and I've also tried to be nicer to my family. My thinking is that if I'm nice/nicer to my family and treat them well then I'll be nice to any future partner as well :)
