DAMN TOM. I follow the plan 100% (even on the weekends) and am gaining weight.

Hopefully, I'll show a several pound loss once the TOM is over. . .
120.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 47.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
