I went into last week with 3 events that I would have generally either over eat and/or make the wrong choices.. But I went into the week mindful and ready to be accountable on the scale today. I kept the cheats to a minimal. I went into each event prepared to make healthy choices but still cut loose a little. Club Soda with a shot of Nesfruta Coconut Pineapple in a wine has become my new social beverage 🍷. Normally I would be up a few pounds after week like that. but I am down. Feeling Positive 💜
