Include intermittent fasting of 16 hours to your life for weight loss, example if you eat your last meal/dinner at 9pm than you should eat at 1pm next day in afternoon directly, if you do this you will indirectly skip your breakfast and it will help in calories deficits in total
66.7 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

doing the same for past 6 months and it does wonder not only on weight but overall health . just by intermittent i lost around 14 kg in 6 months

it's not good for brain health to skip breakfast. alternatively, you can try to skip lunch. or reduce calories.
