It's been going very good here. One week of 30 min workouts complete, yay! When I stop working out, I forget how much I love the feeling that comes with it! Getting the motivation (and time) to just get started is the hardest part. Eating has been really good. I got a late valentines gift in the mail this week, my husbands so sweet. 2 of the biggest chocolate bars I have ever seen. 11 lb each. Lol. So much chocolate! He knows I love baking and figured they would be good for that. I was so good and only tried a little bit, and haven't had any since. Seriously some of the best chocolate I've ever had. And I will be having some tonight, since today is the day I get to have a small desert. a tiny bowl of icecream and small chunk of chocolate sounds perfect! I also stumbled upon a site called take back your temple. I've been busy reading it. It is wonderful. It's really helping me to make my weight loss as more of a devotion to God then my own vanity, and I've come to see how much I've been making a food an idol in my life. Anyways that's all for today, 2 lbs down from last weigh in on Tuesday, so I couldn't be happier! Oh and I fit into one of my smaller pairs of jeans so yay! They're tight, but at least they fit!
