salads and small meals add weight 🙁
95.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week

It's about calories at the end of the day unfortunately. You could eat salads every day of your life and whilst that would be great nutrition, if you go over your bodies maintenance calories that's it! Good luck
