Had a great IHOP day at the house on Sunday - blueberry pancakes and bacon and eggs on a roll - complete with a bottle of orange juice. Happy 34th wedding anniversary!

98.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 15.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
