Two weeks now (I believe) without tracking my calories, and still within my range. Even after a short vacation with a couple of heavier, out-of-the-norm meals, I'm down since my last weigh-in. I feel like I have my intake (food) and my expenditures (exercise) dialed in. Owe it all to FatSecret!!!
