I have been trying several things to lose weight lately and it just seems like the harder I try, the more weight I gain. Ugh. Talked to the doctor today about maybe getting bariatric surgery. I have to work for at least 6 months to prove I am trying to lose weight before they will even consider it. So keeping a complete food diary again. Wish me luck.
