After an emotional meltdown, a 6 hour shopping trip at 3 differnt supermarkets (with two children!!), and a stop at Pizza Hut for the rest of the family I finally got home at 10:30 p.m. to make myself and omlette with chicken & shredded cheese. YES, I cheated and had to have ONE cinnimon bread stick with dulce de leche dipping sauce - DO YOU KNOW HOW ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS THOSE ARE?? I probably had a total of 10 carbs yesterday but still lost .2 lbs. Well now that I have had my meltdown from this being difficult and have gotten my groceries, I will just focus a bit harder today. One day at a time. Keep up the willpower all :-)
