I don't know how I got to 220lbs, I feel great,and I don't feel bloated. I have been playing tennis, riding my bike and doing other exercises. Somehow, the calories have mounted and the weight has increased. I am a bit frustrated.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.8 kg a Week

Just by being here you're on your way. Don't beat yourself up. As all the articles say, more calories = more weight.
